How to convince parents to get a moped?
My uncle and I have been talking about this for about 6 months now. I am 14 (turning 15 in September) and would really like a Tomos Lx. I need to travel about 10 miles every weekend to a shelter to volunteer. I already have a helmet that my friend gave me, and when I asked my uncle about 4 months ago about the moped he would say he would buy me one in May-June. Well it's May now and whenever I bring up the moped he won't even talk...he will just roll his eyes or change the subject. How can I convince him to get one for me? I am sick of walking (don't have a bike) and would really like some help. I cannot get a job to make money.
Thanks!

Can someone help me find a game I used to play?
Hoping someone can help me find a game I used to play. It was a browser based text racing game. I can't remember a lot about it. I do remember when you looked at someone else's car, it would say something like," You see a 1989 Ford Mustang parked at the side of the road and just glancing at it you can see the chrome Cobra R rims, GT body kit, and ram air hood". Or something like that. You could make money by racing, hiring girls to sell calendars, or breaking into other peoples garages. I don't know if this game is even around anymore, but if it is I hope someone can help me find it. Thanks.

Why do people add "No copyright infringement intended" to videos?
Like in this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zhouXHI5Bec
On the bottom it says "No copyright infringement intended. No money was made from this." I see things like this all the time. Often in very similar wording, like it's something on some legal website. Are people really this clueless about copyright laws? By putting this on the videos (or anywhere), they're confirming that they're aware of copyright law, in addition to admitting to being aware of possibly violating someone's rights (be it an individual, organization or corporation). It doesn't matter if you make money or not, if you've replicated someone else's work without their permission.
Am I the one who's actually misunderstanding the law or is this a monkey see monkey do kinda thing?
